This girl means so much to me! We were unable to keep a kitten from our foundation breeding pair for Son Shine. However, one of our offspring from that pair was Aeolyn. With the help of Terry Edmonds of Classy Coons and her generous offer allowing us to use her handsome red head Tecno as stud, Aeolyn blessed us with this gorgeous silver girl!

 

Callies coat and color are fabulous! She's such a sweet girl and her favorite place is your lap! She loves the feather stick and will find any hanging string and claim it, even if it's attached to the clothes you are wearing. She's just a nut and a fun girl!

 

Callie has blessed us with one gorgeous litter. Sadly, she had complications during labor and had to have an emergency c-section. Due to the complications, we have made the decision  that this will be Callies one and only litter. We have kept our gorgeous red girl Cabernet to

continue on Callies lines!

 

 

Behind the name: All of our cats names start with a K or hard C. Aeolyn's mom raised Callie and her littermates in her home. She asked if we could pick Celtic names for the babies. To a list we went! After trying to figure out which name would work best and which nicknames would work for those, we settled on Caledonia. Caledonia is a romantic or poetic word meaning beautiful and is often used to describe the beautiful country of Scotland!
