Love at first sight! That's all I can say. I have loved this boy since the second I laid eyes on him at 1:29am on September 18, 2015! I will admit, I was praying he was a girl and did more gender checks on him than any other kitten just to make sure he really was a boy. To say that I am smitten by this little brown tabby poly boy is an understatement.  He has a special place in my heart!

 

I am so proud of Cowboy. He is our very first poly baby produced here at Son Shine Coons. He has a gorgeous coat, wonderful ear placement, and a very nice profile with a deep chin and round muzzle. He has a precious personality- happy, sweet, and friendly. He's never met a stranger! He has matured wonderfully and has produced some amazing babies for us with amazing personalities! We just couldn't be happier and more proud of him!

 

 

Behind the name: All of our cats names start with a K or hard C. Cowboy was bred right here at Son Shine Coons. He was part of our Beatles litter and was known early on as Ringo Starr. Very quickly, Ringo had fans all over and was known as our little heartthrob! When thinking of a name, I wanted something to bring his "birth" name as well as his personality together. Then it clicked! He's my little country star! My sweet little southern boy will forever be in the spotlight surrounded by his fans! My Cowboy!
